The test payment is credited.

If you continue with the same agreed product scope within 30 calendar days, the full USD 35 test payment is credited to it. The credit does not transfer to unrelated work or third-party costs. Any larger work still needs a separate written scope and total price.

Scope, access and handoff.

How do I know which offer fits?

Choose Workflow Rescue for one reproducible fault in an existing workflow. Choose Small n8n Automation for one new task across up to two services. Choose Telegram Business Bot when Telegram is the interface for one bounded business flow. If the job does not fit cleanly, the free written check will say so.

Do I need to share production credentials?

Not for the free fit check, and ordinary email is not the place for passwords or tokens. Start with sanitized workflow files, redacted errors and synthetic or anonymized data. If approved work later needs access, the required test or sandbox credentials and a secure transfer method are agreed first.

Is a sales call required?

No. Scoping, approval and handoff can happen through written messages. If a job cannot be scoped safely that way, we will explain the limitation rather than force it into a small offer.

What revisions are included?

Each current offer includes one correction for an agreed defect inside the written scope. New behavior, extra workflows and changed requirements need a new estimate. Unlimited revisions and ongoing support are not included.

Are third-party services included in the price?

No. Hosting, paid apps, API usage and other provider fees remain separate unless a written scope says otherwise. Paid-test credit applies only to the same Mardenvo product scope, not to third-party charges.

What do I receive and own?

The agreed deliverables may include an n8n workflow export, test evidence, setup or run notes and a short written handoff. Ownership and any access arrangements are confirmed in the written scope before payment.

What work will Mardenvo decline?

Current offers exclude unsolicited messaging, member scraping, spam tools, platform-policy workarounds, trading or crypto bots, open-ended AI agents, sensitive customer data in demos and requests for unsupported reliability or compatibility guarantees.
